My mom hired Theresa as our day of coordinator very last minute. Our original coordinator had canceled on us a week before the wedding and Theresa did an amazing job at communicating and trying to gather as much information and details as possible to make our day special with such short notice.
One challenge I experienced was it was hard to get a clear idea of what we needed and so a list would have been very helpful from the beginning. The exchange of emails started to become hard to keep track of and there were things mentioned in different emails that we needed. Theresa did send me a list once I asked which was super helpful and a
Theresa reached out to all of our vendors and did an amazing job of communicating with each and everyone of them to make sure that everything went as smooth as possible come the day of our wedding. My mom had gathered tons of stuff to put on the tables for decoration and one complement the guests gave us were that the tables looked amazing and I believe that if we didn’t have Theresa there, things would’ve been a mess. This is a very hard job for one person to do because there are SO many things that happen throughout the day that need attention. I honestly think it requires at least 2 people. At the end of the night, we walked into our house that we were staying in and Theresa had cleaned up the entire kitchen so that we didn’t have to come back home to a mess. That was awesome and such a relief! Our bartender was very late and Theresa even stepped in to help serve our guests some drinks! Theresa did an amazing job executing and making our day special.
For what we paid, it was a great value and for the amount of detail and work that goes into this day of coordinating we think she could be charging more!

We are so incredibly grateful that we had Theresa as our wedding planner. We really knew nothing about how to plan a wedding.Seriously nothing. Theresa had her preferred vendor list to choose some amazing vendors. Once we had those in place we tapped into her amazing design skills. (In real life she is also an actual artist). She designed centerpieces and used her wholesale flower industry connections to bypass the expensive florists to create our amazing centerpieces and florals for our cake. She told us how to pack and label our decor and she took it home the day before so we didn't have to worry about it on the next day. As it got closer to the wedding date she started working with the vendors and venue coordination team to create a comprehensive timeline. My wife and I are very busy people and we found it hard to reply to her emails so she sent one wedding spreadsheet that we filled out when we found the time. When we still sere struggling with time we set up a call and finished it all on the phone in that one call. She went to a walkthrough of the venue with their manager and we went over a floor plan, different menu options, the importance of submitting all changes before a certain date and vendor instructions.When we changed our guest list we forgot to tell the venue so our table seating and meals got messed up. Theresa headed to the kitchen and did the best she could to work with the Captain to compensate for the missing meals.We also dropped the ball on the name cards . She and the catering staff were in sync all night. We didn't have our name cards at all, so Theresa hand wrote the names and meals of each guest during setup.During our rehearsal she impressed it on the wedding party that it was her and the DJ that were the glue of the day and everyone would follow their lead. She video taped the rehearsal and sent it to us so there would be no forgetting anything. Trevor our DJ and Theresa were on spot all night. Theresa and Trevor came up with some secret hand signal to segue into each event. Theresa and Trevor kept the night upbeat and lively and when it was time to get down at the end of the night and party.They were a dream team.Theresa started taking photos with our Polaroid camera and handing them the photos making our guests a part of the experience. She pulled people out to the dance floor to get the party started. Then at the end of the night she made sure that all of the gifts were handed off to the designated person and all of our decor was boxed back up and brought to our cars. My wife and I went to bed at the end of our wedding day teary eyed and full of love. Thank you Theresa for making our day the best day of our life so far. PS....On another note We couldn't fathom Theresa getting any reviews under 5 stars. Well, we found her on Bark where she has 5 stars across the board!!

I hired Theresa to help plan an evening pool party to celebrate my son's Bar Mitzvah, set-up the party and stay to help until the end. Best decision! She found great vendors and had creative ideas for a fun, memorable party. Party was set up beautifully from bar area to a delicious, gorgeous charcuterie board, with flowers and leaves from the garden to add to the lovely presentation, and then when it was time, she set up the epic desert table. I didn't lift a finger, allowing me to enjoy the party...even cleaning up when the party ended! I definitely recommend Theresa is you need event planning!
II will never plan a party by myself again! Theresa took away all of the stress.
